The purpose of the Internet site is to provide information concerning CASSESE and to promote the products it designs, manufactures and sells.

This personal data collection was the subject of a declaration to the CNIL on 24 July 2015. The number of that declaration is 1875462v0.

The information collected is computer-processed solely for CASSESE as part of its business of designing, manufacturing and selling CASSESE products. This data is used solely for statistical and information purposes, to create a customer file and to respond to customers’ questions.

The collected data is not made available to any third party in any way or for any purpose whatsoever.

The user’s refusal to provide the information may make it impossible for CASSESE to handle the corresponding issues.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the “Information Technology and Freedoms Act”, amended by Law 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy, the user has the right to access, correct and/or delete the data concerning him.

You are prohibited from deleting any copyright notice, trademarks or other exclusive rights of the CASSESE Internet site or any content appearing on it.

Only those images contained in the image bank made available to its partners by CASSESE may be reproduced by persons duly authorised by it, and only for the purpose of promoting the products developed and marketed by CASSESE.
