Cutting of the chops

 Mitre cut and drilling of chops  made on the same Octofix machine for joinings "without re-touch".
Managing of all your wood mouldings range (up to 1000 references with CS 2095 and unlimited capacity with CS 9095) and  storage of all specific information about the drilling position (s) for every moulding.
Touch screen: no skilled staff needed, all orders given by simple finger touch on  the screen drawings.
Manual direct  measuring, inside or  outside  of   frame with CS 9095. Motorized, automatic inside-of-frame-measuring with CS 9095.
Manual adjustment of air operated  horizontal pressors on CS 2095. With  the CS 9095, adjustment of vertical  pressors is customized and stored in the machine's memory: the pressors take automatically and instantly their position for work when a moulding is "called up".

Insert the octofix wedges just a little to hold chops.Turn your complete frame.

Adjust the quality of corners. Then push on corners.
