Drawing on its many years’ experience in cutting, Cassese has carefully considered the comments of its user customers and its own commitment to the quality of its products, and has equipped its CS 999 with :

- 2 motors, bringing the blade rotation speed up to 3400 rpm (60 Hz).

- A solid, anti-vibration base.

- A vertical and horizontal double pneumatic clamping system on the cutting plane, for a perfectly tight grip on the moulding during cutting.

 - The CS 999 provides a perfect, professional-quality cut.

 

SPEED

The CS 999 is a professional machine for cutting series of frame mouldings. With maximum output of 700 to 1000 cycles per hour (automatic lifting of the blades after each cycle) it is the best choice among production machines. The height of the blade starting position can be easily adjusted in order to minimise the distance between the blades and the moulding and therefore increase the cutting speed over large series.

 

CONTROL  PANEL

The control buttons of the CS 999 are located on the control panel, in front of the user.

CLEANNESS

Fitted with casing specially designed for optimising removal points, the CS 999 has 3 dust collection air intakes with outer diameter of 100 mm and also a cutting waste removal point on the left of the machine.

 

S E C U R I T Y

Blade lowering is actuated by 2 buttons (A-B), keeping the operator’s hands out of reach of the blades. If at least one of the buttons is released during cutting, the blades lift instantly (operator safety device).  ( C= PROTECTION SCREEN )

The blade protection screen (E) is set automatically with the blade height setting (H) situated on the top of the machine. The rule shows maximum clearance in mm for the current moulding.

 

ECONOMICAL

Once the moulding is pressing against the offcut minimiser (MC) it is in the best position for cutting with minimum waste.

 

DOUBLE STOP LENGTH / WIDTH MEASURING SYSTEM

The CS 999 is fitted as standard with :

A) An innovative system for measuring the slot base.

B) A mobile stop (outside measurement)

C) OPTION: Retractable Stop (outside measurement) whose specific shape provides optimum contact between the moulding and the table rule.

 

MA I N T E N A N C E

The novel design of the motor cover of the CS 999 allows it to be retracted upwards (front opening) to optimise accessibility and speed of maintenance operations, which can be carried out by a single maintenance agent.
