Quality : The Cassese 55M chopper guillotine incorporates all quality standards and experience of Cassese in the production of picture framing equipment.

Simple : The CS 55M is foot-operated, i.e. works by the action of your foot on its foot pedal. No electricity, compressed air or other source of energy is needed.

Fast : Due to its conception, the Cassese 55M chopper guillotine allows the operator to realise two cuts at a time, saving a lot of time and money, with no concession on quality.

User-Friendly : For the maximum comfort of the operator, the lines of the Cassese measuring scales are in 4 different colours making them much easier to follow and use. The position of the foot pedal can be adjusted in a few seconds to the height of the moulding and for the comfort of the operator.

THE USE OF THE CASSESE REBATE SUPPORTS

Unlock locking screw B, push down rod A and bring C close to the rebate of the profile.

.. while keeping the moulding flat on machine, slip the support C under the rebate of the moulding and release rod A ... The support's sash angle C comes up instantly to support the rebate of the moulding.

... Keeping the moulding still flat, tighten the screw B to lock the position of the rebate support.

ACCURATE

The Cassese CS55M chopper guillotine is equipped with the Cassese direct measuring system. Thanks to its direct measuring scale on its right hand arm, the inside and / or outside measures are taken directly and physically just in one step. No need to measure the width of the moulding first, to take this into account and then only to bring the measure stop to the dimension needed. All this work and time to cut badly as soon as the width of the moulding varies a little ?! With the Cassese direct measuring system, in case of any change of the width of profile, the operator can see the mistake before cutting and badly joining.

So makes the CS 55M its owner spare a lot of material and money.
