|
The Cassese FB6000 Automatic Fastening machine has been especially designed for the customs & contract framers. The FB6000 is designed to automatically secure backings and standbacks into frames with 15mm & 25mm and U-Shape staples. |

If the gun gets short of flexipoints during the execution of a frame, the machine will put the gun back in its rack and take another full gun so to restart the work exactly where it stopped with the previous gun. |

The Cassese FB6000 is equipped with 16 pistols, all independent from each other and equipped with a system to flatten the flexipoints. Each pistol can contain approx. : |

SAFETY FEATURES The FB6000 is conformed with CE safety standards, which are recognised as the highest safety standards in the world.The complete working area of the machine is covered underneath hardened plexiglass for maximum operator protection. Safe design: completely enclosed with no exposed motors or gears. Easy maintenance : the plexiglass cover can be conveniently raised for easy access to pistols and belts. Emergency push button cut-off switch. |

When the FB6000 is in use: The cover cannot be open ( Key S locked ). The cover must not be opened during use of the FB6000. If the front panel (P1) is opened during pistol loading / unloading, the machine stops and the screen displays "SAFETY BARRIER ALARM". The safety barrier is formed by zone P2, which must not be crossed while panel P1 is open. |

The FB6000 makes up the adjustments automatically : |

+ Checks the frame |
|||
|
+ Decides the positions of the flexipoints or U-shaped staples depending on the quantity required per side (long / short). |
|||
|
At the end of the learning process, a display of the frame back is shown on screen with the number of flexipoints or U-shaped staples per side. The distance between 2 flexipoints or U-shaped staples can be changed The number of flexipoints or U-shaped staples can be adjusted for each side X and Y using the + and - keys. Minimum distance between 2 flexipoints or U-shaped staples is 50 mm (2) with maximum 8 per side (long or short). |

The FB6000 accepts backboards ( left or right ) with strut legs : (please specify when ordering). |
