BARCODS EDITOR is a software that has been developed to manage a simple moulding cutting and assembly database and to print the corresponding barcode or execute assembly on the machine. The purpose of the software is not to manage stocks, suppliers, customers, invoices etc... but rather to transfer management of the machine's assembly  parameters to the computer.  Many more possibilities are then opened up, because of the presence of the computer, particularly for the CS486ultra, which has no article management.

TECHNICAL  DATA

The software has been developed on a pentium 166 mmx / 32 Mb ram.

The necessary hardware for this application has been reduced to the very minimum:       

166 Mhz / 32 Mb ram / 5 Mo  available HDD / Video 1 Mb/256 colour / NT4, Win 95, 98, 2000 , XP

Language: English, French, Spanish, Deutch

BarCod Editeur memorises the profile and the assembly parameters:

+   Référence N°, Label, Description of moulding, Manufacturer

+  Moulding width / Wedge positions (max 6 )

+   Type of plunger to be used. 

+ Quantity of wedges for each position ( 1 to 9 )

+ Wedge size (5,7,10,12,15 mm for Hardwood or Softwood)/

+ If spacer bars needed

+ Window to view the drawing or the photography of the profile

+ Advanced management of the data bases: Copy, tri, delete, classifying, mixture ...
